Andrew is the driving force behind The Jacobs Team, and real estate truly runs in his blood. With nearly 10 years of active practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Andrew brings the kind of market knowledge that only comes from hands-on experience and genuine passion for the business.

Licensed to practice in both NJ and PA, Andrew serves buyers and sellers throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey. He manages over 50 transactions annually, a testament to his clients' trust and his ability to deliver results consistently.

But Andrew's real estate roots run even deeper. His mother spent over 30 years in the industry, instilling in him the values of integrity, hard work, and client-first service that define how he operates today. He learned early that real estate is about relationships, not just transactions, and that philosophy guides everything he does.

Gina is the backbone of The Jacobs Team's operations and success. As team lead and co-owner, she manages the strategic direction of the business while maintaining the high-touch, personalized service our clients expect.

Working alongside Andrew for years, Gina brings business acumen, organizational excellence, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. Together with Andrew, she's built a team culture focused on integrity, efficiency, and going above and beyond for every client we serve.

Rachael is the organizational powerhouse keeping The Jacobs Team running like a well-oiled machine. As Executive Assistant, she manages the countless moving pieces that make complex transactions seamless for our clients.
